RobotRealtor is a patented property preview system currently in development by Procom Engineering located in California. A drone with a live video feed can be flown by the interested buyer inside a property, allowing users to see the property as if they were there in real time. The drone's controls are modified to be user friendly, and sensors on the drone prevent damage to both the property and the preview system.
